The Microtronix is used to verify the telephone unit is within the operator's technical specification. ADTEL also provides In-Quality Inspection for new telephone units received from the manufacturer to make sure that the units are defect free before releasing it to the customer.
ADTEL established distribution offices nationwide to support its clients. For Mindanao, ADTEL has an office in Davao City. For the Visayas, ADTEL has presence in Tacloban. For Luzon, ADTEL is present in Bicol. All regional offices of ADTEL offers technical support to its customer such as after sales, diagnostics and repair and refurbishing.
ADTEL and its major client jointly developed a Telephone Maintenance Program wherein the warranty of the telephone set is extended. The Subscriber pays a minimal amount every year to cover the repair and maintenance of the telephone sets. With this program, customers are assured of hassle-free replacement of defective telephone units all the time.
ADTEL also has agents doing house to house selling of the services being offered by the telephone operators. With this service, ADTEL can offer the telephone operator and end to end support from the supply of handset to the selling of telephone lines to the customers.
