ADTEL has pool of people who are expert in the field of handset repair for both corded phones and CDMA handsets. Among the units being repaired and refurbished by the group are basic telephones, caller ID telephones, CDMA handsets and Fixed Wireless Phones. ADTEL has invested in telephone test equipment such as signal analyzer, caller ID Testers, line simulators and other repair equipment.

ADTEL maintains a sophisticated warehouse facility at 57 LBI Bldg., Kalayaan Ave. Quezon City, Philippines. The warehouse can accommodate 10,000 telephone units at any one time. ADTEL maintains enough telephone sets to support its customer's requirements. The telephone operator tends to outsource to ADTEL the warehouse and inventory management instead of having to maintain people and warehouse space, which is an additional cost to the operator.
